My cnc project

My CNC project after I welded the flange edge.
Holes were sized to fit my gauge choice. Raw edge of the flange was finished later.

I think I’m getting a bit stir crazy waiting for my next job to come through. It’s not often I make something and shock myself by how cool it turns out, but these door panels turned out sweet. I still need to polish and might anodize them.

Very cool. And I bet they'll quiet the rig down inside too, for being thicker and more solid than the standard tins.

For coloring, you could powder it in a candy color, leaving some of the areas silver for a highlight. Lots of different ways to finish that off.

Paul, I hadn’t considered powder coating it. That’s definitely what I’m going to do.

Subscribed, super cool stuff, I think my bumper lift would work in billet, but I am honestly chicken to do it that way.
