My bad, I was looking at the wrong picture. Using a straight bolt makes it easy to flip the drag link over the pitman arm and put it back. Even so the heim will bind before full droop if it is on top. It looks like it will if left under also.

I have zero bump steer with about 4" of lift and I have no drop brackets of any kind. I installed a drop pitman arm once and it was terrible... took it off after one drive down the road.

The only thing special about mine is the F150 Knuckles and the linkage flipped to the top. My linkage is perfectly inline with each other.

I only run about 25PSI in my 35s... If I run much more than that is wanders around on the road. I arrived at that PSI by using a chalk test. Basically rubbing chalk on the tread and adjusting the pressure until the chalk made a good contact patch print with the road.

I have twisted the snot out of mine and havent bound up the hiem on top of the pitman yet. Granted I am linked in the rear and that has made the front suspension a bit lazy flexing. not much, but a little.

Could be, have you ever jacked the right front up until the right front wheel is off the ground and looked at the drag link to pitman arm? It seems most don't know about this and maybe your don't. But if you have the same setup as bronconumber2 has you should check. About 1/2 of the EBs that end up on our lift have this problem and we rarely got stockers in. Often the connection/ bind is bad enought to hold the suspension up 3"-4". Bronconumber2, could you jack the right front up until the wheel is off the ground and take a picture. And share it here?
