Is there a difference between a 4X4 trans mount and a 2 wheel drive trans mount?

With questions like this I'm left wondering what the real question is. So I'll venture a guess.

Are all stock 66-77 Bronco transmission/transfercase mounts the same?
YES. ALL 6 banger, V8, manual and C4 automatic, all the same. Hope that is what you are looking for.

Welcome to the heard. What are you working on?

Yes. The 4x4 one doesn't exist.
Hi Phil, that's funny right there, I'm not even sure what it means.;D

Hi, look at a picture of an early Bronco drive train and you will see the adapter between the tranny and the transfer case has the mounting holes, which bolts to the cross member.
The adapter is where the tail shaft would be on a 2wd tranny, auto or stick.
This bolts the back of the tranny to the cross member and the transfer case hangs off the back.
Good luck
