No the only part that is from a car is that small stud that was screwed into your block. Throw that stud in the parts pile and get a bolt that fits the hole it came out of and bolt your bracket back on. All the parts in your last post are bronco parts.

Thanks. I'll do just that.

Like AZ said, I ran my 351 with only one bolt in the bellhousing for three years and was just fine, but I have a cast iron housing one a NP435. I just went back to a '68 302 today and reinstalled both bolts. They are both 1/2-13 about 2" long.

I was thinking the missing bolt might be a carriage bolt (I think that's what you call it when there's no thread along a part of the bolt). I'll just use the other bolt as a guide and press. Jeff's BG has my parts on the way, so hopefully I can have everything ready to go in a week or so. Great customer service at Jeff's today. Thanks Steve!

I've seen that stud type thing for the equalizers on early mustangs, so yes it did come off of a car. I had a loose equalizer not long ago and instead of using the stock style nylon bushing I went to home depot and bought a couple of bushings that were bigger than the stock ones and snaded them down to fit my equalizer that to me seamed wallered out also. Worked gteat and the nyhlon bushings from HD where only 30cents each.

I bought the Scott Drake Equalizer Bar Repair Kit and it came with a large brass washer. Any clue what this is for? Where it goes?

Probably just a spacer/thrust washer that goes between the equalizer bar and the bracket. Pobably doesnt really matter if you use it or not but after many years of use I'm sure some setups are worn and at max adjustment leaving the bar a little to loose so the washer would help give some adjustment back.
