I would say given the two, go with the 351.
Where are people getting their crate motors from?
351 is nice but it'll cost significantly more to EFI it. Lower intake is going to be the big problem.
Or a 302 lower with the intake adapter.
I thought all it took was a lightening lower, which can be found for $400 or so. It would be worth it for the extra cubes.
That is about $375 more than what a 302 EFI manifold costs. Truck 351 manifolds are too tall. You can go with the BCB adapter, truck lower and a car upper but it has issues and costs money too.
.. and so what if it is more? It's an EFI 351W - how bad ass is that? The 351W is a much stronger motor anyway..
