Have a chance to get a real rough one pulled out of the woods, unfortunately there are no axles and the tractor loader is dead. Any creative ways or suggestions to get it on trailer? I can winch it but looking for some type of way to get it up and moving to not mess up the trailer and make things easier.

Without a picture of how low/stuck it is in the ground, the only thing I can think of is putting plywood under the frame where it will drag. Does it still have the running gear or is it just the frame and body? I used metal coasters to move heavy objects before, the ones we used as kids to sled. Too bad the ground isn't hard, you could use auto wheel dollies. I just used mine to move a 500+ pound fountain into my backyard, but the wheels would be too small for the woods.

Sorry didn't get pictures, it is on the ground but not sunk in.. It does have the motor, trans and transfer case. The shell is about 80% there and frame seems good. Plywood might be a good place to start.

I used 10’ 4x4s as ramps to get this non-rolling frame/body onto my trailer. The sellers tractor helped along with my trailer winch.

I have more questions than answers.
Instead of PVC pipe you can use logs or something like that whichever is more convenient for you.

If you can get it up on an old car hood that will act as a good sled as well. The more the front is curved the better. You can also weld attachment points in a few places.

X2 on this. We move beams around like this all the time. Amazing how much weight you can move with something that even slightly rolls.

Work a piece of heavy wall pipe under the frame (front end) just aft of the axles and a high lift jack on each side of the pipe. CAREFULLY get it up enough to back the trailer under the front end and set it on a set of car skates. I am sure you can figure out the rest.

Easiest to get a roll back wrecker to come hook, drag and go.

I bought a basket case '73 a few years ago that was completely dissassembled and the body was on a home built stand/rotisserie and the contraption was too wide to fit on a trailer and there was no way to load it. I went and fetched it with the crane truck and hauled it all on the bed of the truck. It was over width, so it let it overhang the right side of the truck and went backroads. These are pictures of the load at the shop...

You said "creative", so this is the way I did it.. :)

Nothing like equipment to move hard to move stuff LOL

That being said, I've used FordBronc's method many times and it works well.
