The front plate design is 95% complete...my welder broke. I have to wait a week to get the part...then I can finish it up and grind it smooth...more to come!!

I'll have the pics this weekend.

I've sent PM's to the two that spoke for the front and rear bumpers. The front is done, the rear will be done this weekend.

I've been working closely with a member here for a formed version that's been tailored to his liking. A custom one-off. I like it so much that I'm offering it up as a product. He had some great insight and opinions.

Those bumpers are at the fabricator now for cutting and forming. He's swamped with work, so I have to be patient. I'll post pics of those soon. As designed, they should be close fitting, slip under the tailgate and grill, wrap around the body, are adjustable in height in fractions of an inch, and are lightweight yet very strong.

The plate design front is up for grabs. $450 plus shipping. I can get weights this weekend but it's around 90 pounds complete. It breaks down into three sections so there's no truck freight charges. Shipping from Holden, MA 01520.

This is all welded up and ground smooth. All the work is done as I used this for the photo documentation. Same price as the kit.

This was designed for a variety of Superwinch models from 8,500 to 10,000 pound versions. Photos to come this weekend.

Here's the pricing for the plate style bumpers. Plate style is referring to how the bumpers are received by you. Mostly all flat plate. It's a weld-it-yourself kit, that will come with a photo CD for assembly and welding tips. You can make it how you like. Modify it as you please. All parts will be marked for instructed assembly. Parts will be boxed into manageable weight boxes and can be shipped via FedEx, UPS or the USPS.

Pricing includes a design for the SuperWinch models I've listed previously, or the Warn 8274.

The rear bumper price does NOT include the rear tire carrier. It can be added for an additional $75.00

The front bumper can be ordered in a winch or non winch variant. The non-winch variant looks similar to the rear bumper with the addition of the light holes (which can be deleted if desired). It's not as deep as the winch variant.

The light holes are designed for the PIAA LP530's. Others can be installed, but that's what they're designed for. You can modify it anyway you want. The lights are mounted to a plate that bolts in from the back for ease of bulb changes or adjustments.

I'm working on the non-winch front bumper design, but the pricing won't change.

These are adjustable for body lifts up to 2" and slide into the frame using 2 x 4 tubing. I have another mounting method in the works, but the tubing is what I have for now. The new method will be a direct replacement for the tubing once they're finished, so don't let that stop you from ordering a set.

Obviously, for legal reasons I cannot sell these with the Bronco script on it. ;)

I've got a set being cut shortly so I can make the photo CD. Once that's done, I'll have them ready to go.

$450 for winch style front bumpers
$410 for non-winch style front bumpers
$410 for rear bumpers without the spare tire carrier
$485 for rear bumpers with the spare tire carrier

Pricing does not include hardware. A list of recommended hardware will be included.

Pricing does not include shipping as it will vary a LOT depending on where it's going. You can always pick them up for free or see if anyone is coming through the Northeast and will pick them up for you.

These are intended for off-road use only and the hitches are not weight rated.

These will require a lot of welding and grinding. You get out what you put in. Take your time and measure more than twice. Tack it first, test fit, THEN weld it.

The formed versions will still be available, but at an increased cost.

Are you willing to sell just the wings? I need to fab a bumper for a Ramsey worm drive winch and it would save me a ton of work. Thanks!

I'll have to work on the pricing, but I don't see why not. Did you want formed or plate style?

Shipping in two boxes.
UPS Ground says $100
FedEx Ground says $80
This is assuming that I can get the box sizes that I need but I'll stick with that price. I will PM you pictures.

How much just for the tire carrier? I have a rear bumper that I really like, and I would like to adapt your tire carrier to my existing bumper... Thanks

Re: Custom bumper set **Plate style pricing on post 285**

I did some tweaking yesterday with the spare tire carrier. I found a solution but its not a cheap one. And I also realize that the $75 price does not include any hardware. I will give you a list of all hardware required that you need to go out and purchase. That way you can get the hardware that you want, grade 5, grade 8 or just regular bolts.

On to the solution.
I was browsing through the Southco catalog when I noticed these over center clamps with J bolts. Ordered a set and has been shipped to the house. After some tweaking and minor be old really I was able to make them work out. The only problem is the center pin is not needed so I will need to readdress how that is designed. It works well and holds the tire very snugly. You can also see my attachment method for the Hi-Lift jack.
