Dana 44 hub/spindle u-joint rebuild

Ok, so just out for a casual cruise last weekend to grab some lunch and a mile down the road my hub bearings blow out. I thought it was an old u joint in the knuckle or something in the steering linkage as it started darting left and right uncontrollably. Anyway, turns out it was the hub bearings. Upon further inspection only thing holding the hub/rotor on was the break caliper as I was able to pull the hub/rotor/warn hub all off by hand as an assembled unit.

So where I'm at now is determining if the hub/rotor and spindle are reusable. My rotor has two distinct grooves in it which make me believe it can't be saved. The inside of the rotor has some gouging from riding directly on the spindle once the bearings blew. I'm planning to take them to a local shop to see what they suggest.

Since I'm into it this far, I plan to replace the u-joints and possibly the ball joints. I pulled the drivers side axles out....should there be any sort of seal on the inner axle or in the housing before the last 3-4 inches of the axle that enters the differential? The passenger side inner axle appears to have a flange/seal of some sort where it enters the housing, I assume this should be on the drivers side as well?

I prefer not to buy the full disc kits that are out there, so where can I find a axle/hub breakout photo and list of part numbers for the items I'll need? Bronco is a 73'but thinking its is a factory disc 44, judging by the similar buildup on everything and not a conversion by the PO.

Also, the spindle, caliper bracket and mud shield on the drivers side came off with just some easy tapping....but I can't seem to get the spindle to break free on the passenger side. The mud shield and caliper bracket will wiggle a little, but the spindle won't budge...anything I'm missing????

Sorry for the long post, any input is great appreciated by this shade tree mechanic doing this in his driveway :-[:-[?:??:?
