Ok not to much going on today soo i get to work on the bronco...;D ;D . i got the drivers side mounted. It still needs a little back cuts here and there. the passager side is mounted as well. it fits great up front the back is a whole other story... i guess if i keep f@(king with it ill get it right. for mount i'm gonna use the the the six floating bolt plates in the door post, and in the back just some nuts welded in to the striker post. in pic # is the part i'm having trouble with....i cant seem to get it right....%)

hey jay after looking at how cool those insert look how hard would it be to see if you could maybe weld them together from the inside maybe then you could use some sort of seam sealer on the outside to finish off. unless you guys like that tough welded look. just throwing it out there.

Hey Marty, I like the welded look...But they could be grounded down for a clean look. the jig i maded would be to tite to weld from the inside. Plus I had to cut these by hand(cut off wheel, sawsall and elec hand shears) i want to finsh them up and then my buddy's gone help me lay them out to cut them on the plasma table.then there alot less time involved and cleaner cut etc.
