Go to the local metal supplier. You can usually find enough for bumpers in the scrap pile. The smaller pieces cut off of full sticks or sheets sell by the pound as scrap.

You may try Logans bumpers, they are in PA and IS CLOSE TO YOU AND YOU CAN PAY ANd PICK THEM UP WHEN THEY READY. They build some good bumpers but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I ordered from them and their rear bumper was so good, I ordered the front one. Back one had the tire carrier and it holds the 37" tire solidly.

Both arrived within 2-3 weeks or ordering....first class workmanship

I just finished building my own bumpers and will be buying them finished in the future.
I have days and days of measuring, cutting and welding. I love doing things myself but bumpers are one item I will not do again.

That was Steve, 76Mabronco and as far as I know he is not doing it currently. Try hitting up Migs, he is working on a few designs.

Those all are great looking bumpers..
I used to do things like that when I was younger but now that would take me a year to get built.
... Heck it might take me a year to get the store bought one just mounted .
