Do Not Ever Use Bronco Graveyard

I ordered some parts (about $400 worth) and when the parts didn't work, I sent them back - only to discover that Bronco Graveyard charges a restocking charge of over $100 for the parts. Hello idiots!!! The parts were never used! When I opened the box, it was obvious the folks there sent me the wrong parts! Restocking charge? Unheard of! That is total BS. And to top it off, they wouldn't even pay for return shipping. Never again. There are plenty of other places that handle Bronco parts that don't have such BS policies. I would've expected more from them.

Anyone else have this problem? I can't tell you how pissed off about it I am. I hate loosing money on stuff like this and they just screwed me big time.

Most places do charge a restock charge and if they are special order will no take them back at all. Were the parts what you ordered? If so, I can understand the charge and it is probably stated in their contract as it is in Tom's Bronco Parts contract and many others. If the parts were not at all what you ordered, I would be extremely pi$$ed as well.

Beverly hills? huh!
Looks like you wont be ordering from anybody. As to how you ordered parts that dont fit your bronco is beyond me. What exactly did you order? There are very few parts that you can order that will not fit. Do you really own a bronco?

Nice. I would love to be in a place that restocking fees are uheard of. It has always been common knowledge on my part. Especially through the thousands of dollars I have spent with almost all of the Bronco Parts houses.

Bronco Graveyard has been very good to me parts and order wise.

Indian Harbour Bch,
I'd actually like more info, like what you ordered, why they didn't fit, year bronco, specs on it... yada yada..

I've ordered many a parts from Jeff's with no issues (that I couldn't resolve myself) and have been pleased. Jeff's is one of the biggest suppliers of bronco parts, surely they have the right parts you need, and yeah, most places will make you pay shipping back... it's not Macy's...

Ha! These vendor bashing threads are hilarious.
What do people expect??
TomboinLA, you're getting good service by JBG
accepting the parts for return! And as far as
shipping, of course that's your responsibility.
There's no place in the world that would pay for
the return shipping.

actually, I think shipping should be covered as long as it is a situation where a brake booster was ordered and a muffler bearing was sent. obviously the vendors fault and the vendor should pay to have the part returned. I have no idea about this particular situation with JBG but I suspect there is much more to this story than meets the eye.

If it is just an issue of wrong parts JBG will normally trade them out send you the right part and not charge a restocking fee. They are a very good company and will resolve it to your satisfaction im sure. I have dealt with them a lot and i really like them. You need to call them on the phone and talk to them the way you would want to be talked to and id bet you will be pleased.

If they shipped you what you ordered (and you ordered the wrong part) they shouldn't be liable for that. If they flat shipped the order wrong, I guarantee they will make it right. I only buy from Jeff's (no shipping for me.) and have had nothing but excellent service. If they shipped your order wrong, give them a call and I'm sure they'll set it straight.

Why is it that Jeff should have to pay $$$ for your mistake again? :p JBG is a business, not a charity for wayward Broncos...

I ordered $3200 worth of shocks and bumpstops from King last year, I screwed up and ordered the wrong front shocks. I had to pay for the shipping to and from King ($150), and I had to pay to have different shocks made up ($200). I gladly paid both. I was glad he was willing to do anything for me because it was MY mistake.

Well -- nobody caught that this guy installed the parts-- he didn't like how they fit--- then sent back the parts for a full refund ----- Since he didn't give anymore particulars, I'm betting so.

Hmmmmmmmm

What business takes back installed (used) parts to sell to the next customer as "NEW". What customer wants to open their "NEW" parts just to find they have been installed already !!!!

Restocking charge? You bet. Some people don't have a clue !!!!
