So I’m looking at options for front disc conversion, I’m curious to know pros and cons of Duffs Budget conversion from you guys who have installed it. All options all open currently I just like the concept of the Duffs conversion. I currently am running a 2.5” SL will not be banging off of Rocks!!

Appreciate it guys.

If that is their all Ford front disc brakes that include knuckles it is the most comprehensive kit you can buy.
Duff does stuff right.
I have been using their stuff since the mid 80's.
I am using the typical Chevy caliper conversion with Ford rotors. Excellent but the Duff Ford system is superior.

Jamie, are you running the budget system? If so they said the calipers have a bigger piston then the Chevy conversion...

Hate to tell you this, but the calipers in their kit are Chevy calipers. Here are picture of my left caliper (not a Duff kit) and the calipers in their kit.
The good news is that replacement calipers, pads and rotors are readily available at the parts stores.

Thanks for the heads up Gr8scott! This is why I inquired... Not such a big deal I'll probably support my local vender which has provided me with great service.

I recently installed that kit on mine. Its January in Upper Michigan so I have no feedback about performance yet but I will say that the install went well. I used a local machine shop to do the hub machine work that is required.

I've got a bunch of pictures I can post up later today if you want to see how it went together.

Looks like they have two different kits. One uses Ford parts and the other uses GM calipers.

Their knuckles are the best fit for broncos and are custom made for them I beleive.

They used to use the T-bird calipers which were larger but can't confirm they still use them?

Still probably the nicest complete kit on the market.

I am using the f150 knuckles. I am very pleased with their performance.
