Holy bad driveline angles, batman!!. The BW t-case is still there and the rear output flange has a single u-joint on it (no double cardan CV) at a pretty severe angle. Then you look at the rear u-joint on the dif and that angle is way off..the pinion is too high..IF it was a CV shaft setup. But its not a CV shaft setup. The vibration in that hacked up mess would shake the fillings outa my false teeth!

I hate to pick on this guy (no I don't) but with all of that attention to detail and fine craftsmanship, why not put a $100 windshield in when you are doing a frame off restoration?

Prolly for the same reason he likes to use nearly worn out tires on all his builds.:p

Whoa there BroncobyBeavis don't bring JDI into this and don't misrepresent our products either. That can get you in trouble sir(used loosely). Springs and blue bushings does not count as "all new james duff suspension". Before it's brought up that is no our track bar either.

all new james duff suspension, also what have u picked apart on the bronco??? also i bet ur bronco looks way better and thats why all u guys sit and bash someones vehicle without really having knowledge of what ur saying. so long story short come pick my bronco apart in person and please show me the correct way to do things that will shut u idiots up!!! thanks ;D

I honestly don't think he even built that Bronco. Even for a POS it seems above his skill level for some reason. I could be wrong but he seems like he's just regurgitating info that someone else told him about the Bronco. How could you NOT know what parts you used in a build?

Curious about the frame step down. Was that to accommodate a bigger trans or transfer case, instead of using 2 inch body lift at all the mounts?

I'm not sure if you even read what I wrote and who I was responding too? I responded to the person that linked our riser bracket after someone else said "duffs doesn't offer a riser bracket". I was thanking them for linking our product. I understand you used a "drop bracket" as a riser bracket, but that doesn't change the fact you called it a JDI drop bracket. It is not our bracket sir. Honestly my boss follows this thread pretty close and would probably fire me if she knew I sold you parts. Since I don't know your real name I can't check to see if I did sell you parts and frankly I don't care. I will say thank you for a wonderful soap opera. This is the best thread I have ever been involved in.

His real name is on here somewhere, but I doubt you guys sell him too much, most of the parts he uses appear to be "fabricated" as opposed to fancy store bought ones. ;) It is an entertaining read isn't it? There is a social media page, which I don't think we are supposed to link on here, that shows some great examples of similarly restored Broncos. ;)

Moron. Everyone here knows why track bar drop brackets or axle risers are needed when you install a lift. But youre the only idiot Ive ever seen or heard of that would take a DROP Bracket designed to mount on the FRAME and use it as a RISER that mounts on the AXLE. Its just stupid and makes absolutely no sense. Its not DESIGNED to mount on the axle. Do you understand that? Youre ignorance and stupidity is truly unbelievable.
