EFI pump makes a chirping noise

I've got a Tom's 23 gal efi tank that makes a chirping/squeaking noise when the truck is turned off after running it. The pump rattles while the truck is running. Put my ear up to the tank and I can hear it

I've got a Holley Intank pump with a 3/8 vent hose on top of the pump. I pushed air into the vent hose and I could feel air coming out of the fuel filler neck. The tank has a vent to the fuel filler neck.

I've tried running it without the gas cap and it doesn't make a difference

External fuel pressure regulator gauge reads 58 psi steady. Pump going bad?

Typically, increased noise from the pump means it is starting to go bad... (Always seems to be just after you have filled the tank up)

Now some pumps brand new can make noise, for whatever reason these "aftermarket and mostly Off-shore" pumps just don't hold up. So if you decide to replace it, don't go cheap...

Maybe others will comment on what they have experienced with the current aftermarket offerings for in-tank pumps... I haven't needed to buy one in a while...
