I have a few random brackets in the parts pile that I don't know the purpose or application. Anyone recognize the 2 brackets in the first pic? What is their application/purpose?

In the second pic is a ps adjuster bracket. I don't know if it works on a Bronco. Can anyone confirm this is the correct ps adjuster bracket to work with a Bronco ps pump?

Thanks in advance.

The big flat square one might have been for an AC compressor

Pic 2 may be one of two pieces required for the Saginaw pump. Just got one off a 302 in a van at the pick-n-pull a couple of weeks ago. x2 on the big one in pic 1, probably for the old giant a/c compressor. Don't know what it will work on, I had one like that on a 460 in a pick up once upon a time.

Thanks. I figured the large flat is for a York compressor. What I'm not sure about is the half moon rounded part on that bracket, and if this is a SBF bracket?

If anyone has the correct ps adjuster bracket, can I get some dimensional info?

Thanks again for clarifying on the ps adjuster bracket.

I wasn't sure it was correct for a Bronco because my original Bronco 302 has this adjuster bracket on it and it is different from the one in the top picture. Notice the round hole in the middle of it, that the one in the top pic does not have. I don't know that the one in this picture is Bronco original because the previous owner added power steering to a 69, so who knows the original application of this one.

The top bracket in the first pic is an alternator bracket.

What application alternator bracket is this? It looks nothing like any Bronco alternator mount I've seen. Thanks in advance.

Pic #1 top bracket. Old Bronco alt/smog pump bracket great for scrap metal.
Pic #2 bottom bracket. Home made or aftermarket A/C compressor bracket. Also scrap.
Pic #2 funky non-EB power steering pump adjusting bracket. Scrap.

Other pic farther down in thread. 73-77 Bronco power steering pump bracket. Score! This is the only stock EB power steering pump adjusting bracket.

Hope that helps.

Im pretty sure my stock 73 power steering pump bracket doesnt have a hole in it like the first one pictured. I know for a fact its the orginal bracket. I've seen several different types of stock brackets on factory power steering equipped broncos.
