Need a oil dip stick tube and a matching oil dip stick.

I believe I can still get a dip stick new from Ford, I have part #

I believe either a 1996-97 or 1998-2001 can be made to work with the headers I hope to run.

Spectre 5723 shows on RockAuto to work for 66-84 Bronco as well as 96-01 Explorer. And a bunch of other stuff. But I don't know for certain if it will work, I just looked it up on RA... Looks like you weld the mounting tab on wherever you need it to be.

Picked up one for a 99 in Idaho, so I am good.

By the way there is a difference in 96-early 97 who have the tubular exhaust vs late 97-2001 and the cast iron exhaust manifolds.
(Tube and d-stick are slightly shorter on the early style) As long as you used the correctly matched units it will work on any motor.
