Have the explorer serp conversion with the Wild Horses bracket and Sag pump. Anyone have a part number on a pulley that will work on the Saginaw PS pump?

Hi Mad!

No, I am pulling the Cleveland out and dropping a 408W in.

Going with the Doorman 300-137 pulley. Smaller size suposed to help at low RPM. Found on Amazon, $20 shipped.

I did a quick search online and found a couple on Ebay.

Here's a pretty one:

Here's one you can clean and paint yourself:

I snagged one at a junkyard a year or two when I needed mine.

Hey Todd, or anyone else who may know. Any idea if this pulley will fit? Seems to be same width and diameter just the position from the front of the pulley to the start of the ribbed section looks different

The "NU" suffix isn't part of a normal GM p/n. Am guessing TZ's vendor added them for their own reasons. Try searching just the string of numbers w/o the "NU"
I found the one I used online in this ebay listing:

Has that "NU" suffix on it too but I certainly didn't pay that much for it! Grabbed it from a Firebird or Camaro in the junkyard.

I should clarify on this one a bit because I thought I was reading another thread when I responded initially :(. I think the diameter is probably ok with that one but the offset of the pulley to the mounting hole surface is off.

Here's some visuals of the one I used:

https://www.ebay.com/p/22010764303

See how the edge of the center hole is more proud of the pulley?

IF the 5 3/4" diameter works for you, I'd probably sell you mine since I'm not going to use it in the foreseeable future.
