Explorer serpentine delete A/C& Power Steering

Hi!

Has any one deleted the A/C and the Powersteering from the explorer/mountaineer front end? I don't mind the manual steering and also am going it impossible from wild horses, toms, and all the rest that sell a power steering package that's a complete package for the conversion. I know there is a thread on here how to do it.
I've read it a hundred times. Is it as easy to just get a shorter belt?

So that leaves you with just an alternator to run? Should be able to just run a belt to the passenger side, I think. Too lazy to go check, I have PS but I think it's possible.
