Red EB's are a dime a dozen, your rig should stand in a different crowd....Orkney.

Thanks Jay! I need all the help I can get.

i forgot to actually give you my opinion. as you might've guessed by mine(even though i didn't paint it) i dig the bright colors. but gray however is one of my favorite colors so it would look beautiful as along with some others here. but that red is pretty rockin, i really like it. that's what i'd probably go with.

your truck is incredible and it's going to get attention no matter what. but if you go with the gray you "might" blend in a little more and it's going look clean and more subtle(if that's possible). going with the red is going to get attention from a mile away. just depends how out there you want to be, or much you really want to show off your kickass ride!

you can't go wrong either way, but in the end, what color do YOU want to see when you walk into your garage 12 times a day after its done so you can admire it?

I know its not an EB, but here is a CJ I did 25yrs ago. The color is actually a Cadillac color. But has the black trim. Good luck with your choice.

Wow! A of good replies. Joshd1971bronco- I like everything you said. Sometimes I see a nice technical/smooth/industrial bronco and other times I like the idea of vintage/sporty. I guess I just need to buy another one.

And there you have it! The conundrum has been solved! Build another one that is Orkney Silver. Howvever, paint this one RED, RED, RED!

Personally I kinda like the Burnt Orange color on some of the panels! ;D

In all seriousness, that Red is PRETTY HOT Lookin and im not really a fan of RED. However, I like that one. Another thing to consider is what you have goin on already with the wheels and tires. With the Greyish color, those Blacked out wheels will get lost. However, with the RED those things will POP like chrome. Stylistically for me it would be RED without a doubt but that is just my .02! ;D

Here are two more "examples".

1. Grey car with black wheels and color accents (brake rotors)
2. Red Bronco

K,

That red is dead compared to the one that you are considering IMHO! Nothing wrong with it but that newer Ford Red is much more VIBRANT! Also, you wheels and tires are gonna look SWEET accenting that RED you have chosen.

As a side note, I believe (not 100% sure though) that RED is the most expensive color to use for a paint job. Just sayin though and I doubt it is a factor.

Tough choice you have there! However, as an example if you look at the pic of the Jeep with the Grey and Black wheels, the wheels are lost in the paint IMO! With the RED they will work with eachother and not Fight eachother! ;D

I think I have decided to go with the grey, although now there is a second grey I have been looking at. Just need to get this thing painted so I can stop looking at 1,000,000 different colors!

1st color: Land Rover Orkney grey
2nd color: BMW Space Grey
