Finally getting my Bronco ready for a Texas State inspection after being apart for the better part of 3 years since I started my ZF swap and dash upgrade. Doesn't sound like a lot but between the birth of my sons and a short deployment its nice to finally have it up and running again. Thought I'd share some photos.

Mod list since I started the ZF swap:
BC heim steering
95 F250 ZF5 with NP205 (JB fab shifters and np205 adjustable shift detents)
BC ZF crossmember and braided stainless clutch line
Falken Wildpeak M/Ts 35x12.5R15
KDfab spare tire licence plate mount
Bikini top
Jeep TJ back Seat
Marshall hall effect speedo
Bronco hut shorty headers
Custom exhaust with magnaflow glasspacks
BC Broncos Dash blank
Driveshafts lengthened/shortened
Rewired the dash

Love having it on the road with a place for my boys to ride. I even got some vintage 1967 Texas plates and a keychain from keychain guy

I'm excited to load the carseats up and take them for their first real ride. Next on the list is a family cage.

Hey Hank, here is a picture. I cut the top of my tunnel out, made a removable cover and then had it rhino lined. Buddys beer barn is pretty great.

Steering linkage?

Looks like Duff.

It looks like you "do not" have a drop bracket for your track bar but you "do" have a dropped pitman arm.
Interested to see how that works out. Keep us posted.

I just did the SRE steering linkage too, but went TRO and back to a stock pitman arm and upper track bar position.

Good looking Bronco! I am in the market for new mufflers and curious how you like the sound of the glass packs. I currently have muffler shop "turbo" mufflers and long tube headers. I would like to quieten it down just a little.

The mufflers I've got are only loud when I get on it. Otherwise its a nice rumble

The twinsticks come out pretty close to the original hole. I just had to open it up a bit to get the full range of motion

I went withe jbfab shifters so the linkage is a little more adjustable than some of the others on the market. I'm also running an NP205 so the throw may be a little different if you've got a dana20 etc
