It's pretty tight, no body lift. The more I learn and the fact that the bronco is 99% on pavement/dirt roads I may just go with a direct bolt on Edelbrock carb.

The Carter AFB is a pretty good street only carb, I would assume that the Edelbrock clone is the same. I was very happy with the AFB that I had on the Ranchero. I had to make up a jetting chart because the Edelbrock's were new on the scene and their jetting process hadn't been available. Once I made that chart the tuning got fairly easy and that carb ran great.
