Hooked everything up and on the first turn of the key she fired right up,idled good, throttle response was crisp and firm,so I couldn't be happier. The only thing left to do is tidy up the fuel hoses and some of the wiring. This kit is Impressive, really am excited about it.Here's a question tho,I like it so much that I want to put one on my 79 F150,so can this kit be put on a 390fe engine?

I think you could put that kit on just about any V-8.

I'm anxiously awaiting your responses about how quickly it "learns". I'm getting better on mine but it isn't learning as fast as I would like.

Really that T-body EFI is the only option with the FE's. Get this done and tell us how the 390 reacts. I'm looking hard at doing this to my 390 Mach 1.

Thanks guys,I have a chance to buy a pretty healthy 390fe big block,I just have to assemble it myself as its in pieces now,but I will let you all know how that goes.On to the FiTech,no I didn't buy the command center because of lack of space in my engine compartment,so I mounted a in-tank pump into my 23 gallon Aero tank and so far so good, haven't driven it yet just fired it up for the very first time Saturday.I plan on buttoning her up this week and going for a short drive, will let you know how that goes too guys.Thanks,Jim.

jmangi62, where did you purchase the Go Street EFI from and how long did it take to get it? Looking forward to hearing how the 400hp unit performs for you since most of the reviews on the Broncos are from the 600hp version.
