I have a Tanks inc. "reed switch" fuel sending unit (RS-ORG-11) with a blue and a Brown wire.
I tested the wires for Ohm and wither way they read the same.
Is there a wire that I put to ground and the other to the painless connector?

resistors don't care about polarity.
But do double check if either has continuity to the flange. That one would be ground. If not, either way works.

Looks like a pretty cool item. If you haven’t already installed it, can you post up some detailed pictures? The pictures on their website, are fairly simplistic and not detailed.
Thanks!

FYI, Isspro makes the senders as well. They will do custom curves as well if you have an odd shaped tank and want the gauge to read correct even if the level height doesn't match the actual volume. American made stuff and they are an OEM supplier as well. Have not checked in a few years, but the website isn't as good as the products. I got some custom stuff done before, but it took talking to a real person.
