They could have been, I got a D44 and 9" with them. Unfortunatly I got them powdercoated before I noticed they were bent.

It is in worse condition than I expected, I think it is a more even trade now though. He claims it is 1" @100 yards, so that's all I really care about. His claim of only 200 rounds shot...dunno about that one...

I agree that when you give your word you need to stick with it and if the guy agreed to a payment plan then he must stick to it, especially if he is a member on here. There is a reason this board stands above the rest.

so if you make a deal with someone to buy something. already sent partial payment and then the back out. they will send the partial payment back, so the deal is no good anymore. is nobody's word good anymore. i am pretty sure it's not, as long as you sell what you need to sell. no i will not name the member on here he know's who he is

Details are everything, but it seems to me that a deal is complete when final payment is made. Until then, it's all just intention.
