When, who solved viperWolf's original post for all this? What was the item?
Do U know the post number that named it?

If I solved this latest I give my right to nxt item up - I have not pic capacity~
this is a low budget operation (else Y hava bronk in my world).
Give the last guy a 2nd chance or back to VWolf~

There's a fastener just like that on a 6.7l Powerstroke on the driver's side intake manifold hose lol.

That looks to be stainless/ I am guessing thats not stock and may have been something to hang steps or a hitch. May have had a nut attached to it at some point?

I’m thinking it holds a securing nut inside the frame rail ( which ne per side) to screw the rear bolt to secure the rear poly tank clamshell.

Totally stock, I believe I think you right Randy, there was two and I changed the tank and maybe were sitting in the frame rail ,
I think I hosed out the frame rail and they popped out

I think I hosed out the frame rail and they popped out
Mine were rusted so badly that they sort of fell apart on the way out of the frame. I planned on replacing them with a plain metal strip with bolts welded on to stick through the frame to make the clamshell easier to mount.
