Having issues with "B" pillar alignment on passenger side. Help needed?

Trying to align panels so I can start final body work and primer. The issues I'm having is the passenger side "B" pillar where the upper quarter and door meet are not lined up. See attached pictures. There is a 1/4" gap at that location. The bed rails measure 56" side to side and the lower is 57" side to side. What did I do wrong? The door (pass) upper quarter, b pillar and a pillar are all original panels. Not sure if it matters I did install a 1" body lift. Any help wood be appreciated. Drivers side is straight as can be. The passenger side "C" pillar may be outboard?
Mount your factory tire carrier (in the holes I see) and put the spare on it, and close it.
It may pull the "C" pillar in and and eliminate the 1/4" gap in string.

I can give that a try and see what happens. Thanks

We just simulated the space tire carrier/.tire with a snatch strap and pulled it in. Didn't change the b pillar at all. Thanks thou!

On an unrelated subject, are your gas tank holes at different heights? And are they farther away from each other than normal?
Or is it all in the camera angle?

New body mounts. I’d start there, shim as needed to fix the misalignment.

Would that fix the problem I’m having. I’m willing to try anything. I never thought body mounts could be the problem. Any particular place to start?
Thanks

Sorry for the confusion Bub. Looking at it this morning on my laptop, I now see what your issue is.

I welded a bar across the bed at the top near the B pillars and another at the rear of the bed. I replaced both B pillars and the right taillight housing. Side to side, the doors ended up good. I shimmed the second body mount (under driver floor) to align the door along the vertical plane at the B pillar. That set the door to rocker gap as well as the door to rear quarter panel.

The rear looked good until I put the NEW tailgate on. The top of the right rear quarter was leaning in about 1/4" and impossible to close the tailgate. I used a Porta Power and moved it out 3/4 to an inch creating a relaxed spring back of the section correct with the gate closed.

I must report it was my error all this time. The front door hinges “A” pillar wasn’t aligned for enough in to get the squareness that I needed. My door window frame was hitting the windshield frame and wouldn’t allow the door to move in as far as needed. Problem solved. Thanks to everyone’s suggestions.
