Can I bolt up my headers before I install my new motor? thanks for the help

I did but my body was off. If your body is on, I would say no.

Should be okay to bolt them on before, since they're not nearly as long and bulky as the long tube headers.

I bolted on my WH shorty headers before engine install. Not going to lie, it was a tight fit to get it in there but well worth it in my opinion.

I've done it both ways and don't really have a preference. But I will say that having the headers installed gives some pretty good grab-handles if you need to muscle things around!
