Help removing fiberglass body from frame.

Just curious how heavy a grit sandblast media you plan for the frame and what you plan to paint the frame with

Not sure on media, was going to talk to my father in law that has done a few tracers with it. As far as frame coating, was thinking of POR, but since I am removing the rust, I am open to suggestions.
