If the bolts come out a 5/8 drill bite from the top will make them fall out in a sec. If the bolt brakes use a 1/2-5/8 hole saw from the top. The idea is to cut the 3 little taps that hold the top and bottom parts together. Once the 3 little tabs are cut the whole thing will fall apart.
