Well, this is a national board (international now!) so you'll meet some of us anywhere you go here in the States.

I used to live near Miami in Florida, but when I moved to Minnesota there were people on this board that lived up here that I was able to meet. It's a good group here and you're one of us now :)

ég held að þetta sé kallað hjámiðjur.

I have had the privilege to stay in N-A. I have spent some time in New Hampshire

Maybe me and my friend, Bremsa, will come over for a Bronco event in the year 2008;D

New Hampshire isn't part of the USA. well at least not to us in Massachusetts

If two of you from Iceland can make it to a Bronco event the the USA I will make sure I am there too.

Bremsa,
I just noticed your avatar, that's pretty funny.
Perhaps Chevy drivers are just "Hnakkar", is that the word?
If someone on this board mentions that they drive a Chevy, Ég vorkenni honum.

How am I doing?;D

hnakkar means like u know.. someone with to much tan and go to the gym 2 times a day, wear to much hairgel and usually drives civics(or camaros) lol

and "ég vorkenni honum" means I feel sorry for him/them lololol

You got it, and I've been a googler since before google :)
Slang has always interested me and this seemed like a good time to find some new stuff. Over here, the term for hnakkar is metrosexual. Basically what you described; not necessarily gay, but definitely not strictly masculine.
