I need to remove the Bronco Sport emblems to begin prep for painting. How do you get to the back of the emblems on the passenger side for removal? There isn't a lot of room between the inner fender and the fresh air box. Do the little keepers on the back of the emblen pull off or are they pressed on?

The emblems just pry off. If you need to worry about paint , cover a putty knife with masking tape. If you don't have to worry about paint just a putty knife will do as will a small screwdriver. :)

I used a long flat screw driver to pop the clips on the inside of the fender. A few chioce words and some bloody knuckles and it came right off.
