Wow, that's amazing.

I like that he repurposed paint can metal to make the body.

Oddly enough, the gauge/thickness of metal used to make that scale bronco is on par with the gauge used for the inner fender wells of the 1:1 version...

You guys would like this event then. I have never been, but keep telling myself I am going to go. This is the first year I remembered the event before the date. But I remembered too late to plan to go.

Its challenging enough to do a build on a real Bronco. One of that scale is off the charts tough to do. That is a work of art! That Dude is my new hero!

Im a member of that board. There are some guys on there building very scale replica's.

I started building a tuber bronco a while back with an old radio shack bronco body. My brazing skills leave alot to be desired tho. It's in the attic somewhere. I'm gonna have to follow that thread now!!

Desert thrasher, it's on page 1 in the 1.55 section.
1:10 bronco build or something. The build is over 20 pages long, and has been viewed more than 3,000 times.

Holy crap! I didn't realize it had gotten so much attention!!! Thanks for the compliments folks. This started out of a need to work on a bronco over the winter up here in Vermont. Don't have a heated shop but the basement is doable so I started a "Baby Bronco" as my daughter refers to it. It is Based off the 72 half cab that I hope to have on the road by end of summer. Yes it will be a LUBR. Thanks to LoneRanger for contacting me and bringing it to GCM booth at the Super Celebration.

JefeAZ, That is what got me interested in doing a scale build. Headquake has tons of cool trucks he has built and great videos too! After seeing his stuff, I came across LoneRanger's build and thought I had to try it!

I'll keep an eye on this thread if anyone has any questions.
