Just thought this would be a good/fun post!;D Dont forget to include the time between buying the bronco and finishing it...of coarse, they are never done.Chuck
I 1st got this in June,04 and started in Dec.04. That took 10 months to get it back on the road. Then in Feb.06 finished painting it and driving it daily;D

Ok well I've had mine since 1990. Bone stock from original owner with 40K.
was my DD till 98 when commuting to work a good distance made it become a weekend play toy. With the healthy built 351w in it and tighter smog laws hitting in CA it instantly wouldn't pass smog in 2001 in sat under a cover in my front yard registered as non opp till 2003 while I debated throwing in the old 302 in the garage that needed a rebuild or even possibly selling it Then in late 2003 I received my smog exeption papers ;D Game On!....Since then ive been dumping money and upgrading things when time and money permits ;D

OK, I'll play. I just got these "After" pictures yesterday.

I purchased this 1972 Bronco in July 2005. I immediately started a frame off restoration/modification. As you can tell, I'm not completed yet, but I'm getting close. I figure I will be "done" around mid September. By done I mean it will be driveable.

Yes, I will have a roll cage and no the seat will not be directly bolted to the floor!

Okay, I think this post has been done a couple times before but here we go again. The first two pics were taken at the end of February 2004. The next 3 pictures are at the one year point. The remainder except for the last one were taken approx. 10 months ago at about 1 1/2 years. The last one was taken Memorial Day weekend this year at about 2 years and 3 months. There are some pictures within the last month posted on my web site showing it in it's current condition (Half way through the body work to give it another paint job).

This is where it sits so far, but one day will look better (complete) than the original...if you took the sheetmetal and compared the guts its quite a difference...bought Jan 06, 2 and 3 pics are as of July, 06.
