Lake Orion must be some sort of car collectors Shangri-La.

I don't know about Shangri-La but it is "Where Living is a Vacation" so I got that going for me.

FordFan - I saw that Vicky & was going to go check it out & Damn if I didn't get distracted - Maybe it'll be there next week.

Most of the car shows in Utah that I like to go to have been canceled, there are a few cruise nights during the week but I work swing shift at my job so I cant make those.

I love that Firebird convertible. Almost sold my Bronco to purchase one at Mecum Harrisburg.

Paid the $100 bidders fee n was ready to go.

That thing skyrocketed right past my budget n closed within 60 seconds!

Glad it did. It was an emotional decision. My father had one when I was a kid and was on his death bed at the time of the auction. I would have regretted it.

Got another Tuesday with great weather & time in my schedule to check out some cars. Only 150-200 cars but some real nice ones. The Dodge "Emergency truck" is my neighbors - he bought it because that show is what inspired him to become a paramedic. Arizona truck with 0 rust & pretty close clone to the one from the show.

Kaiser Darren was a cool car & this one was clean. Ford Victoria was back again - no one around it to talk to about it but it looked to me to be pretty original.

Buick GS Convertible was nice & I don't know a lot about Porsche's but I don't think a 928s comes stock with a blower!

2021 1st show

2021 Culvers 1st car show of 2021 & the weather was great. I got there an hour after it started & the main lot was full so they had me park along the road. They were also parking cars in an overflow lot next door. I took pics as usual & I hope I don't get to many that I've taken before - I just shoot what catches my eye that day. Enjoy(I did)!!!

Another beautiful 75 degree Tuesday evening. The brown 77 F150 was nice, it was a Michigan 4x4 frame & drivetrain with an Arizona original paint 2wd body. He kept the 429 that came with the 2wd & said he did it 20 years ago & it still looked great.
