Original chrome rear bumpers with no holes...

Only Bronco owners get so immersed in the little details.. , but that is what makes them fun. Eleven years of Broncos look so much alike, but are so different!:eek:

That is unique about the badges. The gold one I posted a pic of was a June '77 build. Ford did some odd stuff in the last year of EB production.

How do you keep getting those super sharp '77s? ;D

Hey Jimmy! I know you and dad are going to have my '73 at the SuperCelebration!...you are just holding out on the pics!

On the '77s lately, I have just been in the right spot at the right time...kinda like hunting; only sometimes is costs a LOT more when you pull the trigger!:D:D

Here lately, that's what's turning up; I looked at a '77 yesterday 5 miles from my place that I didn't even know existed! It almost don't exist! Tub decent, cut, door bottoms rusty, hole in hood for air cleaner with no air cleaner, water standing in carb and intake! ...and it ran not long ago! ..interior piled full of junk! Just a parts truck for me....if he'll take my offer.%)%)

I believe your talent level to be on a higher level than VR, send him a jeep or something.

I wish! The '73 is in a standstill. It's nearly ready for paint, we are just trying to decide who is painting it. ?:?

My '76 should be a little different if it shows up this year though. ;D

Negative! We are half-cab hoarders! ;D

It will still be a half cab in April, more than likely. When summer gets here I'll try to start swapping it over to full. Most of the changes won't be visible with a closed hood.

Porky is getting a deep cleaning.

Sometimes we get surprised when the carpet or the mat is removed, or we remove a fender, or a fresh air vent is removed and that dreaded thing we call R U S T is exposed! You can tell I'm speaking from experience, right!?!

So, with this experience, I absolutely wanted to remove the interior and the front clip on Porky just to make sure it was as clean as I thought it was. The best surprise was that there was NOT a surprise! The floor is really clean with just a few seams that has the slight color of tan. I plan on cleaning and resealing the seams and reinstalling everything.

Today I talked with the man that cut the rear fenders on this Bronco and just last month he threw the cut-outs in the scrap metal! Can you believe it!! Not that I would ever put them in, but it would have been really cool to have had them! He said that he thought he had pictures of it before it was cut and he was going to try to find them.

I have the Marti on Porky and it was ordered with "hubcaps delete" and the reason is that it was cut almost immediately and the aluminum wheels and tires mounted! The Marti Report says that there was 224 Rangers made with the Y color code in '77.
