The junction block is held down by a hollow bolt that serves as the breather for the front diff. Take the rubber breather hose off the top and use a wrench to remove the bolt. The junction block has a hole in it that this breather bolt goes thru.

As far as front hardlines only, I don't know. I got the whole kit from WH and changed all the hard lines to stainless.

The best "deal" on hard lines is at your local auto parts store. Buy 3/16" line, and make your own. Not very difficult to do, although I suggest practicing making a couple double flares first, if you've never done that before. Most flaring kits, even the ones at Harbor Freight, have the adapter for making double flares. The flaring tool, tubing bender, and a tubing cutter is all you need.

You can make your own double flares or you just buy the preflared tubes in various lengths between 8" and 72". You can get them in either plain brake tubing or armor clad tubing as well. The only catch is that they only come in standard tube nut configurations, i.e. 3/16" tube comes with 3/8-24 tube nuts, 1/4" tube comes with 7/16-24 tube nuts, etc.

For some reason Ford used 7/16-24 tube nuts on the 3/16" tube at the caliper end of the front axle hardlines on my '77 Bronco...I would suggest changing over to 3/8-24 if you're putting in new flex hoses at the same time.
