I finally replaced the shot heater core and seals in my heater after the core blew this last winter (man did that suck). Now when I turn it on the blower runs but there is no air coming from the heater. Something come apart inside or is it possible that the blower is going in reverse somehow?

The squirrel cage could be loose inside or you might have the wires hooked up backwards. I'd reverse the wires and give it a another shot.

Is the air flap hooked up? Center (fan) knob, "Pull for heat".

Pull the center knob that you also twist for blower.
It is also possible you didn't get the cable re-installed when you put the heater box back in. Not tha anyone else has ever forgotten to install the hard to reach cable either.
