Noise when taking foot off accelerator, video attached

Getting this metal squealing sound when I take my foot off of the gas, also when I let the clutch out while downshifting. Video shows the sound two times, really close to the beginning of the vid and also right at the end.

Engaging the clutch, even just a little bit, makes the sound go away which makes me think it’s some kind of throw out bearing issue? My internet research led me to believe that it could also be a clutch fork in need of some lubrication.

I have a 302 with a NP435 transmission. Hoping that someone with more knowledge than me can help diagnose! Thanks.

Sorry, I must be in a dead zone here because I can’t really get it to play without breaking up every second or two.
I think I heard the sound once, but not sure.

Have you checked to make sure the any shift levers coming through the floor are not touching sheet metal?

In the meantime, back to the top, so others might be able to watch the video and give their opinions.

I attached a more compressed video to this message, I think the video size might be too large. I couldn't figure out my youtube account for some reason. I should probably try to get a better video of the sound also.

@DirtDonk , I'll double check when I get home, thank you. It sounds a little more involved than shift levers touching sheet metal?

No noises while idling, no noises when accelerating, and no noises when the clutch pedal is 5%-100% depressed.
