Guys that are running nylon fuel lines for an efi application. How are you fastening the hose to the frame? I’m interested in running Nylon for my fuel lines but have read not to use clamps on the hose itself. I plan to run fuel line on top of frame. I’m at the point with my build where I need to decide on this while the body is off.

I would attach whatever clamps with some rivnuts so you can r/r them later with the body on.
I know nothing specifically about what clamps to use but I’d be curious about why some would be bad

I the Nylon Fuel Line and Fittings you are planning to use rated for the Higher EFI Pressure?

A double 3/8-3/8 (Supply / Return) Stainless clamp should work great on the top of the Frame Rail.

I used stainless double clamps, I was wondering about chafing. The stainless clamps with rubber might be a good idea. The nylon is rated for efi. I just hooked my Sniper efi up and didn't have any leaks. I can't say I am 100% in love with the stuff but it looks pretty oem.

The tool to get to install Push Lock hoses and fittings is made by Koul Tools - Part number 409B. Kind of a small sled that works as a vice. Very cool and Very easy to use on any type of line and fitting. 4-16AN

There are options for installing fittings on Braided Hose or Nylon hose too.

Little Pricey but once you use it, you will not use anything else. My favorite tool in the tool chest by far.

This is what I’m planning on running. I’ve read of some guys using using it for efi setups and seem to be successful.

A clamp like bc Broncos has for there hard line would be sweet. Only if somebody had the same clamp for nylon hose.

No, I’ll have to check out the stuff by Dorman. Sounds like they have some
stuff I could use!
