Really don't know. It was supposed to be a NP435 and I bought it sight-unseen. I know it's not a 435 but know much else about it. I believe it came out of a 78 F250 4x4.

I think one of the Dallas guys were looking for a transfer case to install while they rebuilt the one in their rig. Everything work ok as far as you know or does it need a rebuild?

Can anyone tell me how to identify a T-19 vs a T-18? Maybe I could narrow down what I have.

Found this on another site:

T-18 has one PTO cover on the side.

T-19 has two PTO covers -- one on each side.

and from another site:

The T19 transmissions are equipped with dual PTO ports. An individual may find the cast numbers of 13-09-065-911 or 13-09-065-905 in Ford T19's.
