I Thought race girl would give away my sense of humor, its a hotty womans clothing line. Maybe a bit dry OK, but did not in any way direct anything negative toward your build. FYI my build took over 4 years to complete. Mark

Mark, :D I didn't take anything negative from your comment. I'm not that sensitive. ;) I didn't catch the race girl reference, so ya got me there! I'll have to check them out now!

Friend of mine sent me this "share" on the book of faces this am. Looks like Frost Turquoise is popular this year. By the way, "Monster Mike" and I have spoken off and on during his build and he does outstanding work. Two thumbs up to him for selecting such a cool color.

The rig posted is from "Black Sheep Offroad Racing" Maybe someone up east is familiar with their build and will invite them to join us.
:)

That blue is the original color of my 73 trail rig. It's going to get a repaint here shortly. I've wheeled it in primer, bright orange, "Calico" (multi-colored!), and currently silver with a dark blue hood. Maybe I should consider going back to the original light blue? But maybe that's too popular right now! ;D

Monster Mike - looks good!

That blue is iconic to the Bronco, but is getting very popular. I would like to use these colors on my crawler... But I am sure it will be cost prohibitive.

That looks sic Mike.Looks like that hood fits like it should.

Sweeeet Mike, As JGZ says SIIIC Too! Well EB dudes, I can't compete with this makeover stuff, but I can say I ran the patina special today for over an hour and it did'nt shut off. The new relays for the eec and the fuel pump were warm at best, current draw was minimal and in spec for the efi guy---my new freind:) A wheeling trip is planned for saturday as I have no other issues with anything other than the shutoff thing and making sure every thing is tight---I love tight;D

Thanks Jay, to me its the most important part of the trucks look. I had a customers bronco in my shop a couple months back and got to see your hood side by side with a proflo hood. that radius in the scoop on yours makes all the difference in style. then you look at the quality of how its built. your a true craftsman. much better hood. i plan on doing a spread on that custom hood you built here on cb once the truck is rolling. won't be long!

alright finally some good pics to post. if you guys ever wondered why i go by the handle Monster Mike. well its because I own a cool piece of Bronco History. The monster Garage Bronco. Ive been killing myself working on it since october 2013. Trust me when I tell you this bronco is nothing like it was when they finished building it on the show. everything has been redone...Everything  ill get much better pics of it very soon. probably no action pics till april though. busy schedule trying to go to a couple events while my bronco stays home. plus i have a ton of work to catch up on since i shut down the garage to the public for the last 10 weeks
