Hey by all means ban away, if this site is not open to warning others about vendor bad experiences then by all mean kick me out. I will eat my words that this was JBG this time, but my complaint still stands that they don't respond and I am going to say it every time bad customer service stories come up. When they check their email or take down the link, I will shut up. They are in control of fixing my issue and shutting me up, all they have to do is check their email, see the 30 emails I have sent over a 4 month span, with my order number and cancel and refund it.

They should take their email support link down then. Honestly, i gave up on it months ago. It's not on me to provide service, if they are not going to answer emails they should not provide it on their site as an option.
Well, I apologize for my false assumption over the vendors identity.
But my statement about my experience was no assumption, it was a fact.
Having said that,
I really like the Proto Fab roll cage I got from them, ......even though it was two months late.
The facts as they are, do not excuse my, "Jump on the vendor bashing bandwagon", behavior....the truth is not always necessary or prudent.

Because he told me who it was. I was about to order the same shifter, sent him a PM, and he let me know.
It was not JBG. That being said, people have issues with vendors from time to time and people might have legit gripes about all of them. All I'm saying in this specific case is the vendor he is talking about has not been mentioned in this thread yet.
If it were my thread, I'd lay it out there. But I'm going to respect his decision to not include it up front.

In a pm to many they all got the same answer except in the one to jeepguy in which I only said Graveyard I guess maybe I should of added the AKA JBG.

not a good experience with a large vendor and it was the first time I had bought anything thru them and the first impression was a bad . sorry if it offends anyone and I'm sure many have had zero issues and great luck with them, I'm just saying I didn't.
