I got my new front driveline from High Angle Driveline the other day. Here are a couple of pics of my stock 1310 driveline next to the new 1410 driveline. This thing is massive and has a max angle of 42 degrees! I should be getting rear driveline this week. I can't wait. :p

Looks beefy. What made you decide to go through High angle vs tom woods or any others? How much that puppy set you back? ;D

High Angle was the only one that I could find that has a 32 spline flange for the front and rear outputs of my 205 t-case that will accept either a 1350 or 1410 C/V joint. They custom make them and are patented. They are also the only one that I could find that has a 1410 C/V joint that is capable of 42 degrees, which I need for my front driveline. ;)

Oh yeah. I almost forgot. They just moved into a new shop and are having a 15% off sale! And if you post in his thread on Pirate, you will get an additional 5% off. Can beat that!!

looking at the first picture with the chassis in front of the garage, i'm wondering if the bronco (after body is on frame) will fit into the garage? It's going to a tall fellow.

It barely fits. I have to air down the tires to get it in. ;D

Ok....here is my un-scientific test. I made sure that the yolk/flange at the t-case end was at zero degrees and then maxed out the C/V. When Jess says that it goes to 42 degrees, it's no BS, it really does!

Well I had some guy time in the garage last night and got to start putting my dash together. Long way to go still, but it's starting to look like something.

Nice, Did you use a dash overlay? Did you use a hole saw to cut holes for your gauges? ;D

Yeah, there is a guy local to me who makes custom overlays. I just gave him the layout that I wanted and he laser cut everything for me. It's a great piece, made it a lot easier that cutting and welding the stock dash to make it the way that I wanted it. He even made me the offset glove box door for cage clearance.

That sure does look nice! I've been accumulating the Autometer Ultra-Lite gauges for my Bronco and really enjoy the ones that I have installed so far.

I'm planning on going with the speedometer that only goes to 120 mph because I don't want to go 180 mph like you will be able to in your Bronco!

Great build up! I was wondering what the backspacing you were running on the 15" wheels?

I don't remember off the top of my head, but I think they are around 3 inches. I can take a measurement if you want?

Well I haven't posted any updated pics in a while so here are a few new ones of some recent progress. I got my dash put together and got my hydroboost all hooked up as well. I also got my hydraulic clutch set up installed. I started on the Painless wiring harness a few days ago, just working an hour or so after work in the evenings. Sucks that it's dark at 5:00pm now!

I was sure this post was going to be of you driving that beast :p. Last two weekends I was trying to grind the wedges down to to fit the 60 until I about ground my finger off %) So I dropped it off at a machine shop over a week ago and am waiting for a quote still so I guess I will go pick them back up and try another shop  .

Anyway your rig is looking sweet. ;D

The build is looking amazing. I hope mine turns out half as good as yours. Unfortunately, I believe I am going to just get mine running for next summer... then do all the body work and interior next winter. But we will see. I am sure I will never be done, and the 20000 dollar budget will be out the window.

HA! I wish it was of me driving it down the road or up on some rocks. Not quite yet though. I guess you didn't beleive me about grinding those wedges, eh'. Think of all of the grinding that you did to get yours as far as you did. And I ground mine all the way until they fit! When I grind my new ones for my D60, I will most definitely be finding a machine shop to do it for me. ;D

That is exactly what I said in the beginning too. Then the "well....I might as well do it while it's all torn apart" bug kept getting me. That's how I ended up where I am today. It's been A LOT of fun though! :p
