PS upgrade is this what I need?

Just found this on Ebay. I have a 72 without PS. Is this the shaft I need to upgrade to PS? Or is it more complicated than that? Thanks. Hurry only 30 mins left.

Only if you already had a 2 piece shaft. All you really need is the conversion Ujoint you cut your stock shaft to lenght and install the ujoint between the shaft and box
