Roll Cage to Frame tie-ins

Looking for some pictures of how to tie the roll cage into the frame. Family cage. I have a couple of ideas for the front and middle tie-ins, looking for pictures of those and especially the rear tie ins.

Are you looking for hard mounts or soft mounts? (hard = no bushings, body cracks, loud and shaky or soft = with bushings (usually leaf spring) that allow for some of the isolation of the factory rubber mounts)
