Well it's about damn time dude!! You have 17 weeks until the Corral at Corbit. Think you can make it?? If you'd get that thing down here to Orlando you could get some help and make some progress.

Would be tough to get it down there with everything, I do not have a place to keep it and all my tools are in Ft. White, besides the Tub is with it, just not ready to go on it yet. Soon I hope, 17 weeks is very doable. when I get it close to setting the tub on I may have to have a Bronco party in the woods of North Florida!BBQ, Beer, Girls in Bikini's serving, Bet that would get some help to show up, with parts too!
And if anyone would like to make donations of any kind just PM me and I will get back to you. First thing that comes to mind is door inserts, cracked or Broken will work as I am fairly keen working with Glass.

We are in the same boat! I've been working on my bronco since 07... It's difficult to do when I'm in Tallahassee and it's in Orlando, but it's almost time to paint. Keep up the good work, I can't wait to see this thing on the road.

Makes it tough for sure. I think I may take a week vacation and see just how much I can get done.

Made a decision this morning, Going to change out the rear housing from the torino style to the full BB, just for the larger brakes, next Sunday I will be swapping it out and getting the brakes on. Should be an easy swap. The Stainless is being sent out to get punched for the tank, Tig welding is in the near future.
Then have to toss in the chassis electrical before the bodywork starts. A week long vacation will be used to push hard to get the body as close to ready to set on as I can get it. For those who are offering help I will keep you posted as to when that will start and any help from there will be awesome.

Decided to work on the body mount locations on the frame, we had to repair several due to rust and they needed the holes drilled out to the right size.

Have to work tomorrow BUT Sat. the gears get rolling, Tub is coming off the donor, going to use a partial tub I have as the bed section is in better shape. If you happen to be near Lake City on Sat.. shoot me a message as we could always use an extra hand to get the tub off.

First full day with the tub, inner and outer rockers pulled for replacement, started to remove PO installed front floorboards, what a PIA, spot welded everywhere.

sure is noce to be working on the body and not mechanical... Cannot wait to get back to the shop in the morning to get back on it.

Progress is always motivating!! Take advantage of every minute you can. Sure wish I could come up there and help but it's a bit to far for me and there's this thing called "work" that keep getting in the way.

Mucho progress today on the donor body. Got all the bondo out of the rear quarter, got the old windshield hinge off, both front floors out, front door post drivers side out, inner rockers have been fabricated.
Tomorrow the Drivers side post and inner and outer rocker go in, then remove the pass. side post and prep for the new one.

Since you guys love pics so here you go, not of the body being used, these are a couple of the PO treasures from the donor..

Another productive day, and setback day all in one.
Drivers side Door post, inner and outer rockers are in, it was awesome how they fit, helps when they are NOS parts, except the inner rockers, we fabricated them.

The setback, looking at the lower Quarters closer they need replaces, got a cancer line where it meets the upper, no biggie, going to post in the wanted section to see if anyone has a usable set laying around.

I do have some pics but want to wait till all the new sheetmetal is in before posting them.

But I will say we have modified the way the floorpans will go in. Ford overlapped them the wrong way allowing dirt, mud, water, ect to get trapped.

I can say I can see the end of the rainbow, Before I know it i will be Crusing in my creation.
