I'll try this a third time, hopefully the BB will drop for ya. I posted a fact, not an opinion. Therefore there was no reply expected. How, how, HOW is that so difficult to get? Back when you went to school did you notice you bus being quite a bit smaller than the rest? 🤪🤪

Most of the comments on here seem to address the last line of your original post. " I hope that everyone reading this has the same view."
What you are hearing is that many on the forum do not share your view.

Hi Chris. I can assure you that Suzy & I wish we could be there for every single customer that reaches out to us. As you know, that just isn’t feasible when running the business so we hire employees. In the last 3-4 years it’s been one heck of a ride. We have experienced one perfect storm after another. We currently have 1 seasoned salesman, a senior tech, a brand new salesman and a new office girl. We are also down 2 positions in the sales office so to say we are short staffed and short handed is an understatement. I’m not sure when we will find qualified candidates but they seem to be fewer & farther between everywhere. Our seasoned salesman and tech employees had to work the show with Suzy and I last week so we spent two weeks beforehand getting the new salesman and the office girl trained well enough to man the phones, answer easy questions and keep everyone else cool until we got back this week.

We had no illusions we’d get out of this without some disappointment. In fact, I am surprised with how patient some people are being. We are thankful for them.

Anyways, our senior staff is back at the office and helping the sales dept with customer inquiries and doing their best to answer every customer in a timely manner.

Love to answer your questions and if you’d like to resend the email directly to our tech line, I’ll take a look with our senior guy and shoot you a reply.

just give them a little slack...there was no Super Cel 30 years ago. They WILL get back to you! I've been dealing with them for over 30 years as well....
Actually it wasn't called "SuperCell" but we had an event at Duff's in Sequim for 4-5 yrs in the end of the '90's before Duff's moved. At the time it was a HUGE event. Back when Broncos were actually Broncos. Held in the big field across from Costco. Most of us camped in the field for the weekend. I remember going to Jim's house and looking at his Bronco.

This was back in the beginning. Back when SOB started.

I used to take the Blackball ferry down from Van Isle to those events, always left with a bunch of Duff Stuff. Good times.

Reading through this thread it's somewhat sad/pathetic. I'm wondering if members for less than X period of time and Y number of posts should be allowed to vendor bash ...

I absolutely agree with that idea. You have no idea how many members pm'd me with similar experiences as mine, but ask me not to post publicly back to them. I wonder why?

I'll guess zero? Screen shot them, mark out the user name, leave the date/time stamp and post up the pics of the pm's. Duff's replied to your post by the way in case you missed it.
