Like my ch#vy front disk conversion the parts are made by the same company that makes parts for Ford. What is the difference? Because one say ch#vy and one says Ford your not going to put it in? The only real differance is the part number.
[/quote]

?:? Hmmmm I do not know of one part that is made for Chevy and will fit a ford also. Also I have never heard of 2 identical items made by 1 manufacturer having 2 diff parts numbers.

Forgot to mention, on the way home from Fort Lewis . . . Tiny little alloy wheels with lo-pro's . . . .

. . . . I don't care HOW PUNY your shiney gold-wire rims are or how much space you have in your wheel well, if I can see the leaf, it does NOT have switches. Contrary to the little billeted metal plate you've got stuck up in the back window, it is NOT A LOWRIDER BRONCO!

Spoilers. If you want to get a Bronco so you can slap a performance spoiler and matching front air-dam/ splitter on it from Jap-Autos, you've bought the Bronco for all the wrong reasons.

You seen those Honda Civic CRX's with the Big-ass alloys on the back, the tyre's just painted on but 'cause they couldn't find matching ones that fitted in the front that won't rub they leave the stock front 'loys or steelies on it?

(My other car's a Black Pontiac Sunfire {I grew up with the Knight-Rider generation, every boy's dream to own a black Pontiac coupe} I want 17" or 18" black steelies, just for shock value. Too many cars come with 17" alloys straight from the factory now. When they become the institution, it's time for something new.)

OK time for my stupid bronco trick. Actuall it was real fun until the day I found the intersection with ice under the snow. Good thing there wasn't any cross traffic.

As far as what I was doing.... Get up to about 30 or 40 MPH on an unplowed city street (in 4WD of course). As you aproach an intersection lock up the brakes. shift from second to reverse. rev the engine and dump the clutch. The rooster tails in front of the headlights are amazing. I never thought anything could stop that good in the snow. Until I found the intersection with ice under the snow. sailed right through the intersection without ever slowing down. Stuff you can get away with at 2AM when you are a college student.

LOL, did that in my AX, in Scotland, on a bend in a country road, in spring, on Cowshit.

Okay, check this out, driving along country road in Scotland on way to work . . . come to bend and I'm doing my usual 65 mph . . . two BMW drivers coming in opposite directions stopped just after the bend to talk to each other, windows wound down. (Bloody stupid place to park and have a natter, just after a bend.)

I hit the brakes when going over cow-shit deposited by the farm I was passing when they take the cattle out to graze.

Anyway, realising I wasn't ever going to get any kind of grip, I shifted into reverse and floored it. Two big plumes of cowshit later, my headlamps were covered as were both BMWs.

The BMW facing me was worst off as he had the window wound down and leaning out of it to talk to his friend.

I stepped out and stormed out of my car to his to hurl the abuse he and his friend so richly deserved informing him he'd better depart quickly before I change my mind and call the police for obstructing the public road in a dangerous manner. (Although I used more colourful language than that.) It was all I could do not to bust out laughing.
