TJ/XJ/JK/JL front suspension links

Just kicking this idea around. Searched and didn't find any good threads on this.
I am working on my build from scratch 1969 LUBR, using narrowed HP44 from a 77 f150 with welded wedges with cut and turn inner C's and I have the f150 radius arms. Goal is a 80% street driven but off road capable bronco.

I also see bunches of cheap take off links from JL's on FB marketplace, even some aftermarket adjustable arms and they look like well made parts. Has anyone fitted up a budget 4 link using these parts? I have never owned a jeep, but I would think modern jeep suspension would be an improvement. They have rubber bushed ends, so probably no records on the RTI ramp. But I would think it would flex as well as the stock EB radius arms with a 2.5/3.5 lift. I am not afraid of fabbing stuff up and my axle and frame are currently stripped.

I am still leaning toward the stock radius arms, but I could be convinced to try it out. Anyone done this? Any gotcha's that would make this a bad idea?

I would look at using longer radius arms instead of a 3 or 4 link. Mostly due to there being less fabrication required, Unless fabrication is your area of expertise. A longer radius arm will flatten out the castor curve and soften up the ride enough that some have commented that they needed a sway-bar with them.

I am using MetalCloak replacement control links for a second gen CTD to replace the front leaf springs on my Wagon project. They are very close to being the correct length (~18") for using the existing leaf spring frame brackets to connect the LCA's. The upper link & trac-bar will be custom parts that also use MetalCloak joints.
