Trail opened up so I took the Bronco

Ever since the Station Fire in 2009 (in the Angeles National Forest) many trails I used to go on all the time have been closed by the USFS. During Bronco Daze in November my So Cal Bronco buddy Matt told me one of the trails at Mt. Pacifico was partially open and he was right. I took the Bronco up there and took some shots. It is an easy trail but it sure is beautiful up there. Finally got a chance to see how much damage the fire did. The majority of the area is in tact but it did burn down the back side of the campground as you can see in some photos. This is only a portion of the road and I hope this means that more roads will open soon.

It's the road to Mt. Pacifico Campground in Angeles National Forest (Mill Creek Summit). USFS probably closed it for the upcoming storms this week.
